Elite Hanford Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom design, construction, and related services including - but not limited to - sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, patio cover installation, and related structural work in Hanford, CA and surrounding communities. Services are described in project contracts. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding service offer or guarantee of availability.
Written estimates provided by Elite Hanford Sunrooms & Patios are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a binding contract - it is a good-faith projection of the anticipated scope and cost based on information available at the time of the site visit.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if conditions discovered during construction differ materially from what was visible during the estimate, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate and the start of work. Any change in scope or cost will be presented in writing as a change order before additional work proceeds. You are never obligated to approve a change order.
Project start dates are scheduled at the time of contract signing and are subject to permit timelines, material availability, and weather conditions. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as they are known.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms - including any deposit retention - are specified in your individual project contract. If no contract has been signed, there is no cancellation fee.
Payment schedules are specified in your signed project contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Progress payments may be required at specified milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in your contract may be subject to a late fee as permitted by California law. We reserve the right to stop work on any project where payment is significantly past due after written notice.
For projects requiring a building permit, Elite Hanford Sunrooms & Patios will apply for and manage the permit process on your behalf unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to provide accurate information and access to your property as needed for the permit process. Permit fees are the responsibility of the homeowner and are specified in the project estimate. Final payment is contingent on a satisfactory permit inspection where applicable.
Elite Hanford Sunrooms & Patios warrants our workmanship against defects in materials and construction for the period specified in your project contract. This warranty covers defects that arise from our work under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, glass, windows, doors, and other products are passed through to you and are subject to the terms of each manufacturer. Copies of applicable manufacturer warranties will be provided at project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Hanford Sunrooms & Patios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or from the performance of services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
